My personally designed gym wear is ideal for those who train hard and want to look good in the gym at the same time. If you like me spend a lot of time in the gym, you want to look your best as well as work out hard without affecting how you look. My gym clothing is fast wicking, soft to the touch and fits the body to make the most of what you have.

I have experience in creating clothes for the high street, but when it came to gym wear I used to go to the gym is the same old gym kit everyone wore. This got me thinking considereing how much of our lives are now based in the gym why not look your best in the gym.

Finding the perfect pair of gym clothes used to be a chore for me. I used to head straight for the high street shops but left empty handed every time. I decided to seek help using the internet and came across this site and thought I can make my own.

I decided to design gym clothese that make you look great, aimed at showing your body without being a show off. I even where my own gym clothes in my home gym as I love how they feel. My home gym is where I go to think, its kitted out in high end Mirafit UK equipment, kettle bells and weights. But I really like to get out to the gym to see my friends and see who is around.

Have you ever seen someone in the gym and thought ‘I would like to look that good’? Chances are you've felt the same way. The gym gets a bad rep for being a place full of 'noobs' but it is really not that bad. Gyms are home to people just like us doing similar things to us, a little more often than we do.

Friend, let me tell you my story. I started work in a clothing store at the age of 18 and shortly after I discovered the front end of the business (i.e. marketing and selling). This was when people still shopped the high street for their wardrobe. I was involved in the launch of new collections for UK brands that were sold all over the country. I also had input into how we should promote and price each collection to have maximum impact, especially as clothing is such a competitive market place. When customers come through your door you just have one shot at making them loyal to your brand. A mistake I would see being made all too often is not being targeted enough with the right messages. It's better to focus your energy on fewer products or even one product and make sure you do it well than try to do everything and end up doing nothing really well!

Ever since I learned about the health benefits of exercise, I’ve been trying to do my bit to keep fit. And I don’t say that lightly — my current position as the head reporter for a local newspaper means I have to spend hours sitting at a desk, often hunched over my laptop. If you have a similar job, you can probably imagine what kind of health problems this can lead to.
